    Only if you are an RBI-regulated entity. The guidance is still draft. nitiAI marks RBI output as draft. It does not certify fitness.

    GDPR

    Only if you have EU users, establishment, or monitoring. EU AI Act is assessed on Erfüllen (EU hosted), not here.

  • Policy, not a statute

    Suggested when an AI system exists. This is policy guidance, not a statute. It is not the India AI Act — that Bill does not exist yet.
