Who we are

nitiAI is an India compliance product of COFY Platforms. It classifies and drafts. It does not certify.

These notices describe how nitiAI handles account and workspace data. They are product terms, not legal advice.

What we collect

Email address and display name for login and membership.

Workspace name, role, and India residency attestation.

Canonical intake facts you enter or confirm, generated drafts, review decisions, evidence files you attach, and append-only audit events.

Technical request metadata needed to run the service (method, path, status, duration). We do not log session cookies, Authorization headers, or ADC tokens.

Where data stays

App, database, object storage, logs, backups, and keys for nitiAI are intended to stay in India (ap-south-1 / asia-south1).

Prefill uses Vertex / Agent Platform gemini-2.5-flash in asia-south1 via application default credentials. Human review confirms every mapped field.

What we do not do

nitiAI does not sell personal data.

nitiAI does not invent SDF status, statutory duties, clocks, or a certificate.

Draft packs are for your reviewer. They are not a filing and not a certification.

Retention and access

Workspace members see facts and drafts for that workspace according to their role.

You can ask the workspace owner to remove a member. Deletion of a workspace and its runs is an operator action until self-serve deletion ships.
